In this video we show our technique for a PA pasty in an 86 years old patient with a small central tumour invading the PA. The patient had a previous nephrectomy, ischemic heart disease and permanent pacemaker. He was discharged in very good condition on day 3.

A Left VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery) Upper Lobectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to remove the upper lobe of the left lung, typically for patients with lung cancer, infections, or other lung diseases.
