Our Clinical Team · London Private Practice

The people who will look after you — from first call to full recovery.

Surgery is one moment in your care. The team around it — secretarial, clinical, physiotherapy, nutrition, and psychology — determines whether the experience feels supported or fragmented. This is who you will meet.

Direct access to a named person at every step 020 7459 4367 — answered by the team, not a call centre Allied health specialists available alongside surgery

When you contact this practice, you are not dealing with a faceless admin system. Every person listed here is a named individual who is specifically chosen for their expertise and their approach to patient care. We believe that the quality of support around a surgical episode matters as much as the surgery itself.

How the team works

Coordinated care — not fragmented referrals

Each member of this team knows your case. Communication happens between specialists so you do not have to relay your history repeatedly.

1
First Contact

Your call is answered by Namita — not a call centre

Namita coordinates your initial consultation, gathers any existing scan results in advance, and ensures Mr Scarci has reviewed your case before you arrive. You speak to a named person who understands the clinical context of your enquiry from the first call.

2
Consultation

You meet Mr Scarci — with your imaging already reviewed

You leave with a clear diagnosis, a treatment plan, and answers to your questions. Not a letter saying someone will be in touch. If further investigations are needed, they are arranged before you leave the building.

3
Pre-Operative Preparation

Allied specialists prepare you for surgery

Where indicated, Emily coordinates respiratory physiotherapy to optimise your lung function before surgery. Raquel advises on nutritional preparation. Joanna is available if anxiety or psychological factors are affecting your readiness for the procedure.

4
Surgery

The operation is performed by Mr Scarci personally

Mr Shaarawy provides consistent clinical support throughout. The anaesthetic and theatre teams at your chosen hospital are briefed in advance on your specific case. There is no delegation to a registrar on the day.

5
Results & Follow-Up

Biopsy results discussed by Mr Scarci — by phone, within 24 hours

Post-operative review is scheduled before you leave hospital. Namita coordinates any further follow-up appointments. You are never left waiting without knowing who to contact.

6
Recovery

Supported recovery — with a clear point of contact throughout

Emily’s physiotherapy team supports respiratory rehabilitation. Raquel advises on post-operative nutrition. Questions between appointments reach Mr Scarci directly. No patient is left managing their recovery alone.

A team this experienced is ready to hear from you.

Whether your question is clinical, administrative, or financial — there is a named person in this practice whose job it is to answer it.
